Chapel Street Players
presents
Rabbit Hole
by David Lindsay-Abarie
director:Anthony Bosco
show type: drama

The Chapel Street Players are proud produce the Delaware premiere of the 2007 Pulitzer Prize for Drama winner, “Rabbit Hole” by David Lindsay-Abaire. Becca and Howie Corbett are a happily married couple whose perfect world is forever changed when their young son, Danny, is killed in a tragic car accident. Becca, an executive-turned-stay-at-home mother, tries to redefine her existence in a surreal landscape of well-meaning family and friends. Painful, poignant, and often funny, Becca's experiences lead her to find solace in a mysterious relationship with a troubled young comic-book artist, Jason - the teenage driver of the car that killed Danny. Becca's fixation with Jason pulls her away from memories of Danny, while Howie immerses himself in the past, seeking refuge in outsiders who offer him something Becca is unable to give. The Corbetts, both adrift, make surprising and dangerous choices as they choose a path that will determine their fate.
“Rabbit Hole” features some adult themes and language and is not recommended for children under 12.

“Rabbit Hole” is directed by Anthony Bosco (who last directed “How I learned to drive” by Paula Vogel for the Chapel Street Players).

“Rabbit Hole” Runs February 25th, 26th, March 4th, 5th, 11th & 12th at 8pm and March 6th and 12th at 2pm. $15 for Adults, $10 for Seniors and $5 for Students with a valid student ID.
