An American classic, West Side Story is the tale of Romeo and Juliet - transported to Manhattan in the 1950's. With music written and composed by Leonard Bernstein and lyricist Stephen Sondheim, West Side Story features some of Broadway's most beloved music, including "Somewhere", "One Hand, One Heart", "Tonight", "America", and "Maria". With the gripping love story of Tony and Maria, Leonard Bernstein created a new and unique form of music theater.
